I recently had training with ENS and our trainer was absolutely brilliant. She made everyone feel relaxed and worked with all of our different abilities and levels of experience. I had the best day, she was so lovely and I couldn’t stop laughing the whole way through! Being comfortable and simply learning definitely made things easier, she’s great!

I feel I would like to give a positive review on working for ENS in any care capacity. I joined at the start of December and have been offered enough work to fit around my own needs and other commitments. The work has been varied and I received good information prior to the visit. The excellent dedicated back office support staff and they clearly understand their clients’ needs which are aligned to the qualities of the Support Workers, this helps builds the relationship.

While there is a need for help at short notice to meet the company needs I have been further impressed to have good notice of most of the work intended. My role has been largely Community Support but I have worked with our Residential team and clearly there is plentiful work again with helpful support.

In my dealings with the company I have found the ENS team to be helpful and approachable and need to reiterate how impressed I have been. Thank you to all involved.

I actually did my first shift with ENS on Friday. I have been telling everyone how amazing an agency ENS is since I joined. Claudia at the office was very quick in getting my references sent back and she has been in touch with me on a daily basis since. The training was excellent and the course leader was very knowledgeable. After training, before I started working, I was taken to the office and introduced to the whole team who were quite interested in my work background and my availability. This made me feel part of a big team, already. Such a friendly team. On arriving to my workplace ENS had even sent my profile to the work place. Very impressive. My consultant kept in touch with me to follow up on I was progressing.

I really enjoyed the emergency first aid online course. I have done a few and this one was very detailed. It probably helps it is one of my favourite subjects, but it is not too easy, it's spot on! I look forward to the practical and I'm really happy I beat the record. I expect a gold badge lol.. I learnt some new skills to remember, I never knew about Agonal breathing .... very interesting. I'm glad I'm making an impact before even starting properly. I also took load of notes for uni!

For little time I have spent with ENS I think it's a one in a million establishment. I have worked with other agency & recruitment companies in the past, ENS stand out in terms of customer service, staff payment, response to complaints & up to date information.
